You agree that regardless of billing or master account arrangements, you are liable for any and all charges posted to your room(s). You are liable for all missing placed items from your room(s). You are further liable for all and any damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guest/invitees during your stay and your signature authorizes all persons in your room(s) to charge to your account and you guarantee all charges and fees will be paid in full, for any and all charges and damages. Should your plans require you to extend your departure date, please notify a Front Desk Representative before 11:00 a.m. of your check out date; also please note that your rate is subject to change. Please notify a Front Desk Representative immediately if you have any concerns or issues with your guestroom or if there are any errors to your name, rate, or length of stay. Room balance is due upon check in any additional charges will be charged to the provided credit card.
The guest room you are assigned is smoke free and pet free. In the event that a pet is taken in your room or smoking occurs in your room, a deep cleaning fee of $250 will be charged upon check out and further you will be liable for any additional cleaning fees; please note the deep cleaning fee does not include payment for any additional charges or damages. ______
Please note only the maximum guests listed above are allowed to be in your room. Any sum exceeding the maximum allowed guest listed above will be deemed as Extra.
