When I worked as a waitress 2 years ago in a Thai restaurant in Manchester, England, I had a chance to try a delicious dessert, strawberry cheesecake, from a regular customer. It was very mouth watering, hence I immediately asked him how to make it. He later gave me a recipe that I would like to share to the one who is interested in making this dramatic dessert via this essay. The steps of making strawberry cheese are really simple, quick and easy, that you can make on your own for every occasion.
First, you should gather your materials and ingredients. You may need loose-bottomed tin, blender or food processor, large bowl, spatula, and serving plate. The ingredients are 50 grams of melted butter, 100 grams of digestive biscuits, 135 grams of sour strawberry jelly, 225 grams of soft cheese, 150 gram of natural yoghurt, 150 grams of double cream, and pieces of fresh strawberries to decorate.
After you get all ingredients, you need to make the base first, putting digestive biscuits in a plastic food bag and crush to crumbs by using a rolling pin. After that, transfer the crumbs to a bowl and pour the melted butter over. Mix butter and crumbs thoroughly until the crumbs are completely coated. Tip them into the prepared tin and press firmly down into the base to create an even layer. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour in order that it sets firmly.
After you get the base, you later make the filling, placing soft cheese and natural yoghurt in a bowl, then beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Whip double cream until it is softly firm and dissolve jelly into 150 milliliters of hot water. Stir jelly into soft cheese and yoghurt mixture. Fold whipped cream into cheese, yoghurt and jelly mixture. Now spoon the cream mixture onto the biscuit base, working from the edges inwards and making sure that there are no air bubbles. Smooth the top of the cheesecake...
