Maintenance Manager (Level 3):
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for customer interaction and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
Minimum of 5 (Five) years experience in managing 1 or more employees is also required.
Experience with the development and implementation of action plans is also required.
Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager in all aspects of maintenance and maintenance management as business unit expert
Ensure implementation of all corporate initiatives
Ensure compliance with all corporate mandated policies, procedures, and processes
Ensure compliance with all Government regulations
Ensure process and financial objectives are met
Accountable for all maintenance related assets, costs, and control
Responsible for Performance Management within maintenance
Ensure customer requirements are met
Perform as the maintenance liaison in the sales process. (Ryder Intranet, 2009)
Sr. Service Manager (Level 2):
The Service Manager position will be responsible for the management of maintenance personnel within assigned branch or branches.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 10 (ten) years of industry related experience required.
Minimum of 3 (three) years of managerial experience required.
Additional Requirements:
7 (seven) years of supervisory experience preferred.
9 (nine) years of technical experience preferred
Proficient PC skills to include Microsoft Office
Knowledge of P&L preferred
