CRITERIA FOR MAKING AN IDEAL TEACHER.
Assalamualaikum and a very good day to Madam Farah Natchiar Mohd Khaja, lecturer from Faculty of Language and Communication. Before i proceed with my speech, let me introduce myself. My name is (Name), student for (Faculty). Today i would like to give a speech about the Criteria For Making An Ideal teacher. I hope you enjoy my speech and will get some information about the topic that i would like to share.
Before that, i want to share the clear meaning about the meaning of an “Ideal Teacher”. Teaching is considered to be a noble profession but today people opt for this profession without giving a thought to the sacrifice, commitment and dedication it needs. A teacher plays a vital role in the life of a student. A great teacher can make lots of great students.It is universally admitted that an ideal education cannot impart in the absence of ideal teacher. Ideal teacher, therefore the dire need of every society .In fact, ideal teachers are the backbone of any progressive scheme of national education. In addition, a teacher, who is popular among the students, is considered an ideal or a best teacher .An ideal teacher is the who is liked by a vast majority of the students in this respect, they argue that only that teacher is loved and liked by the students who possesses qualities to attract minds. In fact students are immature in age and emotional in character.
So, let’s start to the main point. An ideal teacher should have many qualities. A student remembers such a teacher for long. The effect of teacher’s personality on students lasts long. An ideal teacher is the one who is loved and respected by every student. They must try to win the hearts of all students. They should try to establish a kind of relationship and bond between the hearts and minds of themselve and the students.
