COMPANY BACKGROUND

Berjaya Starbucks Coffee Company Sdn Bhd is jointly owned by Starbucks Coffee International and Berjaya Corporation Berhad. The company operates Starbucks stores throughout Malaysia and is committed to offering the world’s finest coffee while enriching Malaysians’ lives one cup at a time. The first Starbucks store in Malaysia opened on 17 December 1998 at KL Plaza in Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. To date, the company has over 115 stores all over Malaysia.

RULES AND PROCEDURES
All partners are responsible for their own cash and drawers. Do not leave cash tills unsecured at any time.

Partners must use their own partner number and password when logging into the register system. This password is to be given to NO-ONE, as it is the only code that will allow access to the cash drawer. Note for POINTSOFT-Partners “partner number” must be used when logging onto register system.


Partners must not void legimate sales or fail to ring sales. Failure to do so will be directed to Ops Leadership and P and AP...
