Humans and Smoke

The world around us affects our daily life and the lives of others. Why should humans take something that may cause life to have more chaos? Peer pressure plays a huge role in young kids beginning this bad habit. Should we try to stop smoking for the sake of human kind or should we live life the way we choose? If understanding the consequences, then the problem should be the smokers and nobody else’s.
Kids are a great example of peer pressure and its effects. Why would a kid want to smoke? I believe it is because they do not know the effects of smoke on the body or the kind of group they hang out with does not care. Kids should not be introduced to smoke but when the day comes and they see it and are curious then it is up to the parents and the kids. Smoking for kids also gives them a bad image towards the society. Smoke can cause serious problems because the kid will still be growing and smoking may cause problems that may not be fixable. The kids that smoke should be told the effects it has on them and what could happen in there long term life. Only then, can people judge if this kid is good or not.
Adults are a completely different kind of story. When an adult begins to smoke, he/she tend to do it for stress or for the high; it gives them for a short time. Smoking should not be something we try to encourage for anybody. Adults are smart enough to choose for themselves whether to smoke or not. The problem with adults is that they do not care if younger kids smoke because they smoke. So, adults ten to encourage kids to smoke because the do not care what will happen to them. If you, as an adult, have been smoking since you were young, you may cause social and family problems due to your health from smoking. Lung cancer is not something to laugh at and neither is death.
