I watched the movie If Only, story about one couple, Samantha and Ian, who love each other truly. Violinist Samantha is lovely girl who is Romanticist and dreamed true love and Ian is succeeded young business man. They love each other so much but Samantha’s heart ache to see Ian only fall in work and Ian feel heavy that Samantha does not understand him. One day was very important for two of them, for Samantha, it was graduation concert and for Ian, it was investment briefing session. Samantha prepared the present and the breakfast. But Ian did not even know that Samantha has graduation concert at night. Samantha felt heart ache again to see him neglected her every time.
On the Ian’s way to the work, Samantha poured coffee on her cloth and came back home. She realized that Ian forgot the most important file and she went out to Ian’s workplace. But that file was just the copy and Ian thought that she spoil the briefing. So he did not answer to her call.
At night, Ian got a taxi to go to the Samantha’s graduation concert. The taxi driver advised him to be thankful for her to be with him and love without any calculating. He suddenly realized that how she is precious. But during having dinner after her concert, they had argument because of the pent-up feelings. Samantha ran out from the restaurant and got a taxi. Ian got out from the restaurant to catch her, but Samantha died by car accident in front of Ian. Ian could not accept her death and he felt miserable that he did not even tell her that he loves her.
Tomorrow morning, he woke up and realized that all the things were just a dream. Samantha was just next to him and the day from the dream repeated in present. He just hoped that it was just a dream. But he recognized that he cannot change the destiny. That was the last day for Ian to be with Samantha. He decided to give her the best day with all of his love for her. At the end of the movie, he got on a taxi with her and died instead of her.
