Imagine a country with perfect people and an honest, equal government. Imagine utopia.
Now imagine the complete opposite of utopia, where people have no boundaries; government
is no longer fair; and activist have had no choice but follow the trend." oh it's just
another hanging, no big deal" declared renown human right activist, Darcy Lennox. The
definition of human rights is the protection of humans based on the countries perception
of what the rights are. In the liberal country of Genovia, protestors gather around the
parliament building to object over the hanging of children who don't follow the strict
dress code of the country. "We believe there should be harsh punishments when rules are
not followed, but for god sake, not hanging our future generation" one-protestor
expresses. With the population on a decline, the country has turned to Middle Eastern
neighbors for help since they lead an example of a government built on justice,
tolerance, and equality. The children being prosecuted have no right to a lawyer or even
a chance to explain themselves. "It seemed absurd at first, but it's become a daily
routine in this country" Sir Lennox, a graduate from Harvard University explains. "The
rules must be altered, this country needs a bright future and with the rate of this
butchery, there will be no future." We wanted an in depth view of how a rising country
could just suddenly fall under a bad spell. We were granted day passes into jail cells to
watch the prisoners wait around in their cells for the knock of death, one could not
fathom the many emotions they were feeling. For the past several years, the only life
luxuries seen to these inmates are a rock hard cot, an ice cold cement cell the size of a
persons walking closet, rusted metal bars as their only view, cold meals even a hungry
animal would refuse, and a portable toilet bowl used for both urinating in and a sink to
freshen up. The stench of their blinding orange...
