Receiving Department Receiving files and logon locally Author Username, password and allow to look at files only in their department and cannot look at other department files in the organization
Sales Department Sales file and log on locally Advanced Author Password, username, and look at sales files only
Customers/Future Customers Guest Browser Password, username and only allow to look at the basic information.
