The merger that is about to take place with Enviro Tech has brought excitement to everyone. However, Inter Clean wants to touch on the importance of the behavior exhibited by managers. Several factors will be addressed concerning how management behavior can affect the productivity of his or her workers. For example, if a manager had a bad relationship, displaying laziness or had a negative attitude toward subordinates operations will not move at an efficient rate. Managers should operate with an open relationship with his or her subordinates. For the simple reason employees are the organization best customers. In addition, if the manager relationship is un satisfaction with subordinates customers’ expectations will not be met. Also managers should practice a respectful behavior toward subordinates because if not the culture of the work environment will be affected. If a manager is consistently disrespectful subordinates will not perform to his or her full potential and jobs will not be completed on a high level. Disrespectful behavior will create a culture of mistrust and eventually lead to financial loss. Employees will not value their job, lose interaction, and their ambition to complete jobs. On the other hand, if the appropriate leadership is displayed it would create an open culture.
Laziness of management in the work environment is a behavior that will not be tolerated. If this behavior is displayed it shows that management has no concern. For example, this behavior will have a trickle down affect and create a disease among the culture. Management will be active and create a comfortable culture that is.
