Dear Lisa,

How are you ? I am very sorry to learn that you are ill. I hope, however, that this letter will cheer you up and make you feel a bit better. We greatly miss you at school. Things are not just the same without you around. Ever since I learnt that you are ill, I have been praying for your speedy recovery. It is obviously important for eating right when you are sick.

Well, I’m writing this letter to give you some advices about keeping fit and healthy. Firstly, you have to stick to a balanced diet. You cannot eat whatever you like because some of the foods that you likes maybe are not good for you . You have to eat foods which are filled with nutritional content like protein, calcium and vitamin.You have follow the portions in the food pyramid too which are eats a lot of carbohydrate, vitamins and proteins. While, cutting down the consumption of sugar, oil and salts.

Secondly, you must have a good breakfast. Due to breakfast you can supply your body with enough energy after a long night without food. Breakfast also provide essential nutrients for your body. Therefore, you are able to perform daily activities. However, if you does not take your breakfast, you are more likely to be fatter, because you tend to have unhealthy snacks during the day.

Thirdly, you can prepared your own snacks. It is your own choice to be selective of snacks you eat. Moreover, preparing your own food is also more hygienic.You can learn about the foods you eat by reading food labels. The label on a food package shows the number of grams of fat per serving. Therefore,there are no excuses to make healthier choices anymore.

Fourthly, limit consumption of sugar and salt in your food. The high intake of sugar and salt leads to diabetes and high blood pressure respectively. For your...
