Innovation and creativity are quite frequently confused as having the same meaning. Nevertheless, there are basic dissimilarities in both. As a matter of fact, creativity is a requisite stepping stone for innovation. Creativity along with proper implementation is called innovation. Creativity is emanating with ideas. Creativity is a necessary attribute to innovation, therefore one of the major concerns of various companies is how to emanate better and fruitful ideas, that is how to be more creative on the whole. Organizations that wish to accept innovation, thus, need to ascertain methods of accommodating the tautness that remains in the apposition of creativity and implementation.

Implementation is more aboveboard than creativity, it isn’t about a new procedure or building up a new structure. And in order to make an organization successful one has to hire people who can think and behave in a manner different from layman. Innovation is a mind-from. Creativity is about being variant, have a lateral conception, developing new associations. It is about permitting the ‘turtle judgment’ to work. Creativity is something that is incited, not compelled.
