As managers, you will all need to be prepared for constant change, organized around networks, built on shifting partnerships and alliances, and constructed on technological advantages. You all are responsible for treating employees fairly, resolving conflicts, providing employees with proper training, and promoting teamwork. There is no doubt that business is changing with the ever changing technology. The internet is our tool to success. It will change the relationship between consumers and producers. We are going through another Industrial Revolution, only this time we are reaching every part of the globe. This means that the 21st century corporation (Envirotech) must have their management operating via web. As a manager you are responsible for your team of employees and the employee’s productivity as well as your own. Intellectual Capital is huge for the business to succeed. This allows the competitors to match the breakthrough products quicker than ever before. We need to have a team of sharp thinkers to help this company succeed. We must provide an atmosphere suited for these different sharp thinkers, and keep their minds engaged to impact the productivity of this company. The key role that you as managers play is to keep our employees happily engaged in the production of our company and happy employees. Without our employees our organization cannot exist. The manager must know that not all people are alike and that each person is different physically and psychologically.
