 WHY DID YOU LEAVE YOUR LAST WORK?
I didn’t actually leave my job. I took a three year permission to leave abroad and stay with my husband. But, in fact, this was not the only reason. As you probably know the financial situation in my country is not at its best, and it is jeopardizing my future and I mean my capability to receive my pension. So, I thought it would be reasonable idea to work and save money in case be needed in future.
TELL ME ABOUT YOUR SELF
As you can see from my resume, I’m an experienced teacher who has been working in this field over than 22 years. I was been appointed to the public High Schools until last year and i have also taught in Germany and in Egypt as a permanent teacher for almost ten years. At the time i was in Egypt i had students who couldn't speak the Greek language fluently and also students who couldn't say a word in Greek so i started using English as a between language to help them. To be more qualified I have enrolled on a English course and I successfully acquired the diploma of teaching English as a second language. Beyond that , when I came back it was the perfect time to start my master in Ethics.
What Is Your Teaching Philosophy?
My teaching philosophy is a reflection of my education and classroom experience, developed during college and in the classrooms where I have taught. My main purpose is to create a culture of learning and respect in class and to develop successful interactivity with students. So I use my humour, imagination and creativity to devise schemes of work and lesson plans.
