Pump the crude oil into the refining pot then do the degumming and neutralization operation.when the oil and soap separate clearly and sediment fast,stop the stir,and let it be quiet.and then absorb the surface layer clean oil to the washing tank,the soapstock be carried to the soapstock barrel with the bottom discharge tube, when the soapstock contain too much oil, stop the discharge the soapstock,soapstock will will be pumped to the soapstock tank,and the rest oil in the refining tank will mix in the next tank and go on refining.
The cleaning oil from the refining tank after washing will go to the decoloring tank to remove the color through absorption.and the decoloring oil will be pumped to the plate filter to filter, and pumped to the polishing filter to go further filtration.after cooling go to the decoloring clean oil tank,the decoloring clean oil will go through the clean oil tank after heat-exchange tank to be absorbed into the deodorization tank to do the deodorization process. Deodorization oil will be out in the heat-exchange tank,after finish, will have another turn deodorization process.the deodorization oil in the heat-exchange tank will be cooled with cold water after exchange heat,pump it out and then polishing and filter it,then come into the deodorization oil tank. And then go on the next process of dewaxing and degrease to get the product oil. In order to guarantee the oil quality, all the machine and tube will use the stainless steel,
