{draw:frame} Index Introduction For the course of principles of information system we had to analyze a case which is the “focusing on reliable pharmaceutical service”. The reliable pharmaceutical service is a pharmacy that provides services to health care delivery organizations that are to small to have their own in house pharmacy. Each organization has to make use of information system so that the operations done in the management can go smooth. How many information system staff can reliable afford to employ? When a business grows it is necessary to hire more people to work. But to say exactly how much persons reliable can employ it’s a bit difficult because hiring new employee depends on the daily operations that reliable have to do with computers. And also it is not how much they can afford, but how much persons are capable to get the job done. To solve problems and to handle the different services that have to be given in the different departments a person need to have a mix of skills like; be able to install new programs, upgrading computers, let the internet connection be accessible, make communication between employees and managers be possible… etc etc The employees have to be very flexible in the work that they have to do each day. They have to be able to do another colleague’s job when he or she is absence. May be with vacation, sickness or abroad for business meetings. In this kind of work an employee have a lot of responsibilities that’s why all of them have to have the skills to do everything to sustain one another for the continuity of the work. What impact would web technology have on the way reliable deploys its systems? Web technology will be a good idea for reliable because this will make this easier for its clients. For example when a person went to the doctor and the doctor give him an prescription and after the person went to the pharmacy to get the medicine but wants to add one other medicine to his prescription, the pharmacist...
