The media world is abidingly changing as a result of new developments in technology. Consequently the media industry is dependant upon highly sophisticated technology, wich can be used to influence and infrom groups of people all over the world. We live in a world that is 'media saturated' as it dominates our lives. This in effect is true as media is a central part of our lives. Almost every single move we make has something to do with technology. Media enables to come to our daily needs. It can be used to deliver us news as well as a source of entertainment. The internet is one of the fastes growing concepts in the world. This high-speed developing technology allows people to send e-mails, shop online, downloand music and movies, play games, keep in touch with firends and family absolutely for free without using phones. The evolution of technology has radically changed our society. Maybe just because sometimes is much easier to stay in a virtual world.
Digital technology has been created to save our time. Now, we do not have to go at the bus station just to check what time we need to take a bus the next day to get for work on time. We can call our friend who lives France, while draving a car and shop online, enjoying our morning coffee. But is not it ironic that the further technology advances, the less time we seem to have? Technology attenuate our relationship with friends and family members. We are busy with varied devices all the time. Parents still keep checking their e-mails, blackberries and so on. Kids by contrast addicted to video games or social networking websites. Teenagers who have a deep Facebook presence, they may suffer with psychological disorders, including anti-social behaviours.
