Job Analysis Analysis Method The employees that are chosen to represent the merger of two organizations, InterClean and EnviroTech, will be chosen based on the job specifications listed below: The ability to maintain accounts while developing new accounts. The ability to establish rapport with a diverse group of business contacts Motivation to succeed and finalize sales opportunities The ideal candidate must be a team player, communicates well, aggressive and have a positive attitude A Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of successful sales experience or 5+ years of successful sales experience The job duties and specifications listed above are pertinent to the InterClean and EnviroTech as we changed our strategy, which is to sell cleaning products along with providing full service cleaning solutions for organizations in the health care industry. Therefore, the ability to maintain accounts is just as important as developing new accounts. This requirement will aid in the success of producing the figures for the organization for profit and continued company growth of customers who take pride in our products and services. Establishing good rapport with a diverse business group of contacts will ensure our employees and customers that we are an organization that believes in a strong diversity work environment. Motivation to succeed and finalize sales is very important. This candidate will be aggressive, but not too aggressive turning customers away, but to provide the success in closing sales, which will result in reaching sales goals and bonuses. In order to succeed in reaching sales goals, the sales employee must have the ability to communicate and be a team player. The sales industry is about making money, but also, it is about building relationships with not only customers, but co-workers too.
