Key Problems of Kudler Fine Foods

When writing a good paper, one must always lay out the point that is trying to be conveyed. This should happen in the introduction to the paper. The introduction is what first catch’s the readers’ attention and is an important part of any paper. In this paper, it is the goal of the writer to create a problem statement, from identified issues, particularly issues that focus on what management has done to resolve these issues and create organizational goals, formulate an “end vision” of Kudler Fine Foods, and relay where Kudler could be if management is able to solve this problem.
A problem, as defined by dictionary.com is “any question or matter involving doubt, uncertainty, or difficulty; a question proposed for solution or discussion” Dictionary.com. Kudler Fine Foods has several key problems that are preventing Kathy from having a more accurate business model for the three locations. Kathy needs to have reliable managers and staff at each store that can assist her with managing issues, ordering stock for each location, and keeping accurate finances. The resolution to this issue is to utilize existing employees. Kathy needs to visit the possibility of a wage increase, it has always been a belief of the writer that “you get what you pay for”, and this is a true statement in many different aspects of life. Kathy needs to become more frugal in the hiring process as there seems to have been some unappealing individuals that may have slipped through the cracks, and gotten through to cast a cloud of negativity over the store. Kathy needs to spend time investing in the training and orientation of her managers to alleviate the tremendous load that she carries for herself. As she empowers her existing staff to play a more active role it will give them a sense of self worth and allow them to feel that they play a role in the decision making for the store.
