 Built the transformer shelter to avoid direct sunlight, rains and damage of the transformer  Install a bypass switching system just in case the Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) cause faulty, the utility power can load the site directly.  Install a standby transformer in parallel with the master transformer to mitigate total loss in case the master transformer fails.  Install air duct system incorporated with air fans to the generators for sucking cold air from outside and extracting hot air to the atmosphere. These will help the efficient cooling of the generators.  conduct a battery back – up test and document the findings, the MSC was not run on battery because lack of confidence on the existing battery banks  It is recommended that, install external DC –DB to avoid congestion of the cables inside the rectifier cabinets and cable trays/ducts.  Label all the breakers and wall mounted isolators clearly.  Introduce history cards for generators to track spare and planned, and event maintenance.  Inject form on fire passes to act as fire retardant.  The existing fire announcing systems is not clearly audible in all sections, therefore implement a more audible and reliable audio announcing systems.  It is recommended that, supply metal bins not plastics in the MSC room for management.  Improve on housekeeping as most equipments are very dusty , especially the UPS which had not been dusted/cleaned possibly since the installation.  Install occupancy sensors to manage the lighting and save energy loss  Install CCTV coverage in the Generator room and transformer room for security reasons
