As an exchange student who are from China, i have been in Korea for six months. Before i came here, i was a sophermore majored in journalism, and i had never studied Korean. The reason why i came here is quite simple. I felt a little bit boring about my life in China, for everyday was just the same. I'd like to find something new to surprise myself. It could really be a special experience to study abroad. Therefor, i came here with an expectation to find out what i want and who i am.
I am not a shy girl, so it's not hard for me to get along with new friends. Moreover, the most interesting thing i have at here is making friends who are from other countries. I have learned a lot from my foreign friends. The more i get to know them, the more i find out how intelligent and independent they are. I used to be a girl crying for help for almost everything, but now i try to solve the problems by myself. It's interesting to talk to people who have different background from yours. Hence, it makes me want to travel.
During the summer vacation, i traveled to jeiju island with several friends. The seaside was really beautiful and i had a good time by relaxing myself. Summer vacation was fulfilling. I studied Korean and met with my friends in Seoul. After all these time i spent at here, i still don't know exactly what i want to do. However, at least i have developed a new attitude toward life. To live the moment you are at, do your best to finish what you have to do now.
