How my values of character align with that of Kudler‘s Fine Foods. Paper
Kudler‘s Fine Foods needs to act ethically to the public in order for the public to trust Kudler with their business. It is important that customers be able to trust Kudler with representing all their needs and act ethically when the time comes.
According to The Williams Institute EAI, my profile is most closely align with character and least closely align with equity. My values of character is totally align with Kudler Fine Foods because once customers are satisfied with the service they are getting, they will come back. The employees of Kudler’s Fine Food have to act ethically.


Situation Analysis
Ethics is not just breaking the law, it has to do with a person doing what is right. All business ethics does is it set standards for a company and have a value system for companies to follow. If Kudler’s Fine Food does not follow their advertisements, that breaches their code of ethic and when customers go to shop there and they do not have the same treatment mentioned in the add, Kudler’s Fine Food character is tarnish. This builds distrust for the customers and they will not want to shop there again.
When it comes to producing a service to the public, it is very hard to satisfy everyone. Kudler’s Fine Food have to be able to maintain their standard of service throughout any issue that will arise with the customers.
In today’s day and age, customer service seems to be a challenge. It is very difficult to meet the needs of everyone with any conflict. Because everyone needs everything now, it is very difficult and this can be challenging to the front line people in a company because they have to deal with all the nasty customers.
To maintain the standard at Kudler’s Fine Foods, the hiring managers at Kudler’s Fine Food need to make sure that the people they are hiring are people with good character and values because this is how the company is seem. You cannot train...
