Kudler Fine Foods is a gourmet grocery store that specializes in fine meats, produce, cheese and wine. It was founded in 1998, when founder, Kathy Kudler wanted to make it easier to go shopping for gourmet products. The idea came to her because she had a love for cooking gourmet meals and she releazied that it was hard for her to find specific products where she lived in La Jolla. So she set up business plan and got the financing and she was able to open her first store in La Jolla, CA which was so successful that in 2000 she opened her second store in Del Mar, CA and her third store in Encinitas, CA in 2003. All three areas are in San Diego, CA. Kudler Fine Foods planes on opening more stores in the area and also out of the area and hopefully in the future expanding out into different states.
