1.1 Terms of Reference
This Report was written by Meera Maruthish at the request of Mrs. Rakhi Sharma, tutor of Kiwi institute and Education, to investigate an analyze management in an organization in the context of current management.
1.2 Scope and Methodology
The report considers a range of organization issues, researching key aspects of management within the organization. The organization’s management structure and processes are analyzed and evaluated in relation to current theory.

Type and organization
This study examines a popular Mexican restaurant located in the heart of the city which is also my work place. The main effects and the responsibilities taken to the keep the culture and tradition of the Mexican country are unique in this place. I feel great pleasure to do my project on this restaurant. This organization type is found to be very effective and interplayed with the present staff and Management .The main motto of the restaurant is to maintain the Mexican Tradition in a lively environment.
