Assignment 4 "Leadership Film Project" is due no later than noon, Monday, May 17th..
Select one of the films listed below. In it, identify evidence of leadership traits, behaviors, styles, and others of the theories covered in the textbook. Use examples to illustrate your points. I look for a comprehensive study of leadership from the theories listed in the book.
Invictus, Defiance, Mona Lisa Smile, V for Vendetta , Cool Hand Luke, We are Marshall, Two for the Money, Erin Brockovich.

Please use one of these films. In rare instances I will let you choose something else. I want to avoid films that were studied in the Fall and Winter quarters. Also, a lot of times people want to write about a film like Twilight and end up mistaking heroism for leadership.
The project must be at least three full pages in length, single-spaced, 12-point font, and so forth. All formal writing rules apply. Do not write from the first or second person perspectives.
The format must adhere to the following example:
----Introduction (paragraph)
---Description of film (one page is too much): (1)-Brief storyline; (2) Characters: Identify at least two leaders to study, give a short biography (related to the action in the film); (3) Setting (physical, historical, etc): Describe the physical and temporal setting of the story.
--Leadership: Be specific with your examples and provide as many as possible. In order to fit all of this in three pages you must write tightly. (1) Traits/Characteristics: As many as you can identify in the two leader characters (2) Behaviors: As many as you can identify in the two leader characters (3) Styles: Identify all applicable. Some will use several, others will use only one. (4) Context: In this section you will identify situational factors that played a role in the leader's behaviors and styles. here the context is not the historical or geographic setting, but the context as described in situational leadership.
