Learning Team Goals
(May include project assignment goals, group process goals, quality level goals, etc.)
My goal for our learning team is for all of us to work well as a team and produce outstanding work. I would like for us to maintain a good working relationship as a team and build upon each other’s strengths.
What are potential barriers to the achievement of these goals?
One potential barrierscan be learning to deal with each other’s personality types and learning each other’s strengths and weaknesses. But I feel these are workable issues that we will all be able to overcome.
Ground Rules
Meeting schedule, locations, attendance expectations, agenda, assignment completion, etc.
I plan to ensure that I am doing everything to possible to make a useful contribution to the team’s efforts. I will stay on top of checking the learning team forum for changes/updates, and make the team’s assignments a priority.
Communication Methods
How will the team stay in touch with each other? What are the expectations for frequency of communication? What if there is an emergency?
I will check learning team forum often for changes and updates. I have provided my cell phone number and email address so team members can contact me when needed.
Conflict Management
What are potential conflicts that might arise among or between team members during this course?
I think the biggest conflict that might arise among team members is getting used to each other’s personality types. You have to learn to respect that each person is different and has different ways of doing things.
How will team members deal with these and other conflicts?
I personally will always try to put myself in other’s positions and respect everyone’s differences.
