How-To Make Good Grades
Specific Purpose: To explain to the audience how to make good grades.
Central Idea: The audience will learn different techniques and tips that will help them to make good grades.
Introduction: Good grades are a key thing for a lot of people. The only problem is that sometimes people just don’t know how to or know key points into getting good grades. When I was in high school I had this same problem. I had problems studying because I played sports throughout the whole school year. I didn’t know how to really balance my activities and my school work together. I later learned a few tricks and tips. These tips and tricks have helped me a lot through the rest of high school and now during college. You may think that it requires a lot to make good grades in school, this is not true; you just have to give your best effort, listen to the instructor, and learn to balance your school work and outside activities.
Preview Statement: I will explain each step to making good grades giving great detail so the audience could see why it would help to better grades.
