Some people might say that people will not become leisurely enough to enjoy various leisure activities over time because of a tight budget or insufficient time. However, I am convinced that people will spend more time doing leisure activities because access to those activities will be easier, and more time and money will be available to spend on leisure activities.

First of all, as the number of places where people can enjoy leisure activities has increased, people can have more chances to engage in various leisure activities. In the past, personally, it was difficult to go skiing in the winter because the places where my family could enjoy skiing were limited. For skiing, my family had to put up with every inconvenience to go to a ski resort far from home. However, now, a number of ski resorts have developed at places not far from towns or cities. Furthermore, this gradual rise in the number of resorts makes it possible for people to do leisure activities at lower prices. More people can enjoy playing golf every weekend at lower prices than before. Therefore, this easy access to leisure activities will help people spend more time doing these activities.

Moreover, people today will have more time and money to spend on leisure activities. In the past, people had to live on a tight budget, so the majority of people considered it extravagant to do leisure activities. However, nowadays, people earn enough money to enjoy leisure activities. For example, it is no longer a hard task to play golf or go fishing in domestic regions and even in overseas countries. Furthermore, as the five-day work schedule becomes more common, more people can have an easy chance to do leisure activities. For example, it is not difficult to see that, on Friday nights, many office workers go to famous mountains in order to go camping with their company seniors or colleagues. Therefore, these people's leisurely lives will make people spend more time on leisure activities.
