Students will watch a YouTube video on the importance of exercising and eating right daily.
Students will also listen to a podcast created by the teacher on the importance of working out and exercising daily.
Students will create a long-term goal sheet for themselves.

Information
(Give and/or demonstrate necessary information)

Information will be provided by the teacher through worksheet and through the Internet on the impact of exercising and eating right daily.
General questions will be asked about the importance of eating right and exercising daily.
The teacher would demonstrate reasons as to why it is important to eat right and exercise daily, and inform students on obesity and what it does to harm your body. Also there will be a discussion on whether or not video games have an impact on student’s ability to get out and exercise like they need too.
Students will go over the information provided by the teacher.
Students will answer general questions asked by the teacher on this subject.
Students will pay attention to the demonstrations done by the teacher on the reasons as to why it is important to eat right and exercise daily.
