Kings Canyon National Park is by far one of the most beautiful forest I have been to, it is located in the Southern Sierra Nevada, east of Fresno, California. The park is also contiguous with Sequoia National park; both of them are administered by the National Park service as one unit.
Kings Canyon and Sequoia are a good place to go camping and enjoy with friends and family. The weather seems to be perfect every time I go, there are a lot of different activities to do such as fishing, hiking, bike riding, going to lakes and much more. Having forests makes it a better environment for the wild animals. The times I have gone I have encountered at least one bear which I find very cool because animals like those are hard to be seen.
These two national forests are most known for the trees they have, more specifically Sequoia Park. It is known for the General Sherman tree, which is one of the largest trees on Earth. The General German tree grows in the giant forest, which contains five out of the ten largest trees in the whole world, in terms of wood volume. Whenever we all go, I like to reserve a cabin to stay at for at least two nights, and the rest of the week we stay in a tent, and camp. Visiting this place makes me feel relaxed, if I have business back at home I do not have to worry about it, I like enjoying my time there wisely, I feel like it relieves me from being stressed out.
Planning the visit is the best part for me, just knowing I will be visiting gets me motivated. I have not...
