Alternative Dispute Resolution Process The Solutions Vision Six Team Project
Introduction
The resolution process will be use with implementation of all new product sales created, manufactured or sold under Invision Solutions. The ADR process is called The Solutions Vision Six Learning Project. The general goal of the SVS Project is to consider and arrive at an alternative method to resolve the dispute between team members. The SVS encourages both teams to partner with each other to meet the need of all members in the group. The SVS Project also seeks to create a team approach among members in the group.
Objective
The project is designed to emphasize on the strengths of the group members. The objective is to make sure that both teams achieve academic excellence. The performance of each team member is achieved through project completion in accordance with all contract requirements. Each team assumes responsibility for successes, failures made by its team for all projects. The SVS Project team agrees to participate in a voluntary session, which will be held in a neutral place to both teams. The location will be agreed upon by Solutions Vision Six team.
Each and all project sessions that are mutually agreed upon and scheduled by the governing university. Solutions Vision Six team members may participate in the SVS Project sessions at any time he or she is wishing to dispute the participation or methodology of his or her team members. The Solutions Vision Six Team will incur the penalty for team members who do not participate in assignments, attend plans study sessions or team meetings.
Project Session
