Product-I Chose to have a car was for my neighborhood. The name of my business is called “SOAPY RIDES”. Soapy Rides is presenting the market with a premium hand car was service for the Warsaw community. Soapy Rides seeks to fulfill the following benefits that are important to the customers. The targeted customers have money and are used to having excellent customer service. They will not regularly use Soapy Rides unless they receive excellent service. I will have high quality washes. For convience the hours of operation will be beneficial for the customers. Services must be convenient and fast respectively to gain market share. Soapy Rides will benefit the community by providing the following services:
1-Car washing (exterior)
2-Car washing (interior)
3-Car Detailing
The mission of Soapy Rides is to provide top quality washing and detail service for luxury car owners in the Warsaw community. Soapy Rides will work to keep employees satisfied in order to maintain impeccable customer service. Soapy Rides believe that the type of car that a person owns says volume about their driving. Owners of newer cars are most likely to use a hand car washing service. These owners take great pride in their cars and will bring them often to the wash and detail service. The goal with these customers is to promote regular use of the wash and detail service. Older luxury car owners are those that have either owned their high end luxury cars for several years or are unable to afford the expense of a new luxury car, but want to feel that of relaxed driving. Both of these groups want to keep their cars in the best shape possible.
