The island of Maui is one of the greatest vacations hotspots and should be on the top of any reasonable vacation list.
The weather In Maui is some of the best anywhere. Maui’s weather hardly ever is too harsh. The temperature barely ever drops below 70 degrees Fahrenheit and never goes above 90. When it does rain it’s a nice tropical cooling rain never cold or humid. The weather is radically different around the island though. Lahaina, Kihei and Wailea are warmer and drier the upcountry or Hana which sees a lot of wet weather and is usually cooler. There are two seasons a year on maui winter and summer ranging from about 70 degrees in winter and 90 in summer.
Maui has some of the best and most relaxing and beautiful beaches in the world. Maui has both white sand and black sand beaches. There is crystal clear water around the entire island. The beaches are the most calm and relaxing where the surf is high, rough waves and very exciting for surfers and others to watch.
Maui is an island of excellent restaurants. Theres all types of restaurants ranging from a family pizza parlor to a steak house. Restaurants have freshly cached fish caught just off shore. There is even restaurants on cruise boats where they catch the fish right off the boat and cock it there! Eating in the upper country with a view of the entire island is a refreshing experience.
Maui has amazing island activities. Surfing Is an old but fun tradition on maui. The waves are just the right height and power for beginners and skilled surfers a like. There is parachuting all around the island while sometimes expensive it can be an exciting and thrilling activity. The island is a fishing paradise where fish of all kinds and sizes can be caught. Even sharks are caught sometimes but most are thrown back due to it being illegal even octopus are caught.
