It is considered as major player in the industry of fast-food in each and every country that it is operating. However, due to the different changes, the company is facing difficulties and problems.
The company is facing increasing competition, together with its different internal weaknesses such as poor management, inefficient marketing as well as lack of strategies in answering the changing needs and demands of its customers and franchises.
