My Engineer's Perspective

My Engineer's Perspective

I see the world and I see a work in progress. An unfinished masterpiece. Its undergoing constant construction and We are shaping it. We are moulding the clay. We may be imperfect. Yes, there is pain and misery. Yes, there is greed and hatred. Voilence and sorrow plight us. People hurt each other. It may seem all dark and twisted. But its a work in progress. Its slow, tectonic slow, process. We are a part of endless evolution. Our lives lay the path to the utopia. Every morning don't you wish to better person? Its because you are evolve into something better. It might be possible that you may have descended from barbarians but now you are person with love and hope. And if you don't feel this way, well you are a little behind the process. You'll catch up. And you will love the joy in building of this beautiful future called hope. And no need to thank god for it. We created this world. We evolved from a pile of dust. We found this world all messy and dirty and unorganised. We built civilizations here. We built things to defy nature. We built bridges and bulbs and Bentleys.. We are because we create. We made mistakes, we went overboard but we realize and try to reconstruct. We are trying to perfect this unstable thing "god" created (although a false credit given to acclaimer called "god" in writer's opinion). This is taking place with our self-evolution in betterment. But as I said its tectonic slow. Its too difficult to observe this. Its hard to percieve if you don't have a particular point of view. A view which deals with construction and disconstruction. Creation and invention. Detail and Precision. I'm an Engineer and I see it. I believe in creation. Hell, We created from toilets to touchscreens. I'm proud to be an engineer because I see the philosophy of creation. DO YOU?
Belated cheers for Engineer's Day.
