MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT ` His name is mark, he was a tall, bald man who served me at my restaurant in downtown Addis Ababa, he has a belly to remember and a laughter to be heard a mile away, but this was not the reason people preferred him, the reason was that this waiter not only had the best personality, which was always making a joke while he takes your order or striking a conversation that gets so interesting, that you forget to order, he never also messed up on anyone’s 569order, he is always on time and never confuses his tables. He used to go to school, and was a very smart student, but then his single mother died and left him with the burden of taking care of his family, so he stopped school and found a job as a waiter. He now uses his intellect in attracting as many customers as possible, to give him a tip. He worked at a place called "Tik Tak, it is this tiny fast food place, that I always used to go to with my friends, for some reason that place was our sanctuary, it was the place where regardless of our problems, regardless of how our life was stressing us out and we had problems at home, that restaurant was the one place all of us go to and forget about them, no more problems with dad, or the science project, here we just laughed, maybe it was the colorful walls, or the comfortable chairs, or maybe it was Abdu, who made us debate about something or another before we start ordering or while we were waiting for our food, or maybe it was the pictures of the delicious foods served there posted on the walls, we don’t know, all we know is when we go there we forget our problems and needs, we forget who we fought with, all of us get together and laugh as we eat the most delicious burger. The burger was called “hot and spicy” and wow!!! Was it delicious. It was also very famous, one of its feature was it perfection, it had the right amount of everything, the meat has just the perfect size for most people and tasted like meat, it has juice flowing out of...
