摘要
标题是新闻报道必不可少的一部分，一则好的新闻标题可以吸引读者的眼球，激发读者的阅读兴趣，新闻标题作为一种商业性的特殊文体，具有自身的一些特点，因此要求译者翻译时不仅要遵循翻译的原则,还要结合新闻英语自身的特点进行翻译。目前的英语新闻标题翻译还有许多不尽人意的地方，还存在不少的错误和问题。本文提出其翻译上的常见错误，通过实例列举出了英语新闻标题在措辞，修辞，语法方面的特点，并据此提出了在翻译新闻标题时应注意的问题及翻译策略。目的在于更好地学习英文翻译的技巧,提高英语新闻标题的可读性，希望对提高翻译的质量有所帮助。

Abstract
The headline is an essential part of news coverage, a good news title may attract reader's eyeball, stimulates reader's reading interest. The headline is a kind of commercial peculiar style of writing, has some characteristics in itself. So it not only requires the translator to follow the principle of translation, but also need to combine with the characteristics of English news headline.
