Objectives: 1) have a clear overview of human physiology
2) understand body functions from the level of the cell to the organism
3) recognize effects of properly and improperly functioning organs and systems
4) recognize how functions of systems can be modified
5) integrate information within and among systems
6) learn some basic scientific methods and principles of physiology testing in lab

Textbooks (required):
Lecture: Human Physiology, An Integrated Approach, 6th edition.
Silverthorn, D.U. Pearson. 2013. The IUPUI program, Digital Edge, will serve as your access point for the textbook. You will be able to access all resources associated with this text including Mastering A&P, the platform for your online homework. In addition, you will receive a three-hole punched, loose leaf printed copy of the book available at the B&N bookstore. Present your JagTag at B&N to receive your printed copy of the text.
