The team of soccers cannot be successful without unity, confident and practice which are the critical components of successful teamwork within the sports of soccer. “ I am a member of a team, and I rely on the team, I defer to it sacrifice for it, because the team, not the individual, is the ultimate champion” (Hamm, 1994, para 3).
