When the humidity of saturated steam entering the superheater changes,the steam temperature will change. For example,when the water level is too high,the humidity of saturated steam with water increases,part of the heat absorbed by the working fluid is used for the evaporation of water, the heat is used for heating the working fluid is relatively reduced,the temperature of the superheated steam is lowered.On the contrary,in the same combustion conditions,the water level is low,the steam humidity decreases,the temperature of the superheated steam rises.
When the temperature and flow rate of flue gas through the superheater increases,the steam temperature will become higher.For example,when the external load has a significant increase,we need to strengthen the burning,increase air flow to maintain the rated pressure,the temperature and flow rate of the flue gas entering the superheater will increase,therefore,the temperature of the superheated steam will rise.On the contrary,the load decreases,the burning weakens,the flue gas temperature drops,the flow velocity decreases,the steam temperature will decrease.
