Introduction :
The circulating fluidized bed hot water boiler is the latest generation of patent product developed by Henan province sitong boiler co., ltd. This product adopt the latest advanced CFB technology, the structure of boiler film heating surface and parallel baffled of convection tube. Structure feature
1. This series boiler adopts whole steel structure on floor, greatly save the investment of boiler basic construction . The boiler has a low thermal inertia, pressurization and air supply time is fast.
2. Hanging membrane wall furnace adopts the structure of diaphragm wall light tube furnace wall which have the feature of reliable collision avoidance, tight sealing, best performance of heat transfer.
3. Lower supporting part of fluidized bed using the structure of all steel shell heavy furnace with tight sealing and simple structure.
4.The upper chamber and lower fluidized bed adopt the expansion structure with reliable connection and sealing.
5. Heat-resistant alloy cast steel bar embedded countercurrent cap to achieve dust-tight, even air distribution and long service life.
