Evaluating RFPs is a subjective process because you are coming up with the numbers for the chart yourself. Even though the numbers are based on information, the rating that you give them using that information is an opinion. When I made a final decision, I was looking for a vendor that fulfilled all of the requirements for my company. I wanted to make sure that every aspect was covered and tried to get the lowest price possible.




3) Costs are important, but they are not everything. Some people might say just take the lowest possible cost. Is this a valid approach? What are some of the hidden costs? What did you find out about costs and comparing costs as you looked at this information (5 points)...
