We are very excited and pleased to inform everyone that we are excited about Span Systems new e-CRM contract with Citizen Schwartz AG (C-S) bank. This is one year six million dollar contractSpan Systems’ innovative banking system technology will have a positive affect on all employees at C-S. We will increase the growth and profit for both companies. The bonding of both companies will be a success with creative thinking, dedication, and organization. This contract is a great opportunity for potential growth and the utilization of streamline computerized strategies. To all Managers, it is desired that you expand your creativeness and innovative skills through training to improve productivity and extend a warm welcome to those at C-S who will be utilizing our technologies. Span Systems will organize strong and well educated management teams, quality control teams, and programmers as for these groups are the most important pieces to maintain productivity and profitability within the company. All groups will undergo intensive training to expand their knowledge of solutions-based computer applications which will require all groups to be more knowledgeable about emerging issues in changes in technology, governmental changes, and customer demands.
Instead of merely knowing how Span Systems’ products work, each group needs to also understand the legal, ethical, and regulatory issues that affect the ever-changing banking systems. While undergoing banking systems contracts like such, Span Systems may face legal risks. These legal risks may involve various forms of violations of contract clauses such at breach of contract under substantial performance of contract, breach of contract under communications and reporting, breach of contract under internal escalation procedure for disputes, or even breach of contract under intellectual property rights.
