Did you know that the government can track your location using your cellular device? Taking advantage of these laws results in government officials gaining access to tremendous amounts of detailed personal information. The ACLU is a national nonpartisan nonprofit organization who that defends the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the constitution and laws of the united states. In the article, ACLU the writer states many factual details that support their the ACLU’s claim of government invading personal privacy. It’s still a human that wrote the article, so you can’t say “the ACLU” wrote it.  Also, your thesis could be a little more detailed, perhaps.
The ACLU is trying to prove the government is invading personal privacy by violating privacy protections in the Fourth Amendment. By using open government laws like the Freedom of Information act, government officials successfully loophole around the Fourth Amendment. They are targeting all american citizens to realize that their personal privacy is constantly at risk. By using logical appeal, the ACLU is trying to inform citizens on how the government is invading their privacy and what can be done to bring it to an end. Good.
