Ruth and Boaz
Ruth told Naomi that she will go and to the fields and pick up the leftover grains that they leave behind. Come to find out that the field that she was claning in belong to Boaz and he told Ruth that she can stay there and gather as much as she needed. For he knows that she have done for her mother-in-law when her husband and sons died, that she have never left her side and came to a whole different place from her home land to be with her mother-in-law. Boaz told his harvesters not to bother her. He seen something in her told her she can pick as much as she wanted too. He told his harvesters’ to let her drink out of the water jar that they have filled. Ruth bows down with her face at the ground. Ruth went back to her mother-in-law after the evening of work and gave her the grains and the food that she could not finishes eating at meal time. Ruth told her mother-in-law of the man that notice kindness in her to let her do this. Ruth mother-in-law told her that Boaz was close of kind. Ruth mother-in-law told her it will be good for her to go with Boaz girls, because in someone else field she might be harmed. So Ruth stayed closed to be the servant girls of Boaz to glean until the barley and wheat harvests were finished. Ruth also stayed with her mother-in-law. One day Ruth mother-in-law told her to wash and perfume herself and put on her best clothes. Told her to go down to the threshing floor wait for Boaz to finish eating and drinking and when he goes lay down note the place where he is laying and go uncover his feet and lie down. After that do whatever he tells you to do. Ruth did whatever her mother-in-law told her. Ruth went down and did as follow. When Boaz was awoken that night by something he asked who it was that was there and Ruth responded “I am your servant Ruth, spread the corner of your garment over me, since you are a kinsman-redeemer.” Told her that her kindness is greater...
