1. Source, purpose, and target population of the questionnaire
1. Source
This questionnaire is from one of the local outlets of McDonald’s here in Oman. It is used across all McDonald’s outlets in this country.
2. Purpose
The purpose of this questionnaire is to collect both feedback and suggestions from customers. It is not part of a targeted survey. The questionnaire is available at all McDonald’s outlets – customers can fill it if they so choose to.
3. Target Population
The target population is McDonald’s eat-in customers. The feedback form is not included with take-away or drive-in orders.
2. Comments on the questionnaire
Here are my thoughts regarding the questionnaire. Along with my thoughts, I also comment on the strengths and weaknesses (in my opinion) of the questionnaire.
1. Title
I like the fact that the questionnaire is titled “Comment Card”. The word “comment” underscores the fact that McDonald’s is interested not just in customer feedback, but also in suggestions. In my opinion, “comment” is an...
