One to one interaction
In the one to one interaction we did a receptionist and a patient in one role play the receptionist was rude and nosey and in the second one we had a receptionist who was confidential nice and took information without demanding a explanation
Skills used were;
Eye contact
Facial expressions
I think the skills which were a success where eye contact and facial expressions.
Ways to improve interaction
Skills which I think would make it better are posture. As the posture displayed was closed, it sent the wrong body language. It suggested that I was bored and not paying attention, more open body language would improve this communication interaction.
Most important way to improve interaction is in faces1

Group interaction
In the group interaction we did a carer and 4 patients in one role play the carer was rude and didn’t care and in the second one we had a carer who was nice and took care without upsetting the patients

Ways to improve interaction
Skills which I think would make it better are eye contact and boddy language. As the body language displayed shyness and boredom and not paying enough attention more open body language would improve the communication interaction
