Abstract
The following paragraphs delve into the new design process for Riordan Manufacturing. This design focuses on the main phases pertaining to the assembly of Riordan electric fans from initial stages to finish. This design integrates a supply chain for the electric fans while assuming full advantage of global positioning in which Riordan Manufacturing can execute. Also, the foregoing analysis of the proposed process pointing to the production of the Riordan fans forms in detail. The new process design tries to erase bottlenecks within the process to produce optimization within the supply chain. Included as well within the assignment is a production forecast for the Riordan electric fans coupled with the Gantt chart. Last, a cover letter also details the coordination of the aggregate planning operations and TQM for the company’s electric fans.

The process at present at Riordan Manufacturing center on the plant in China that applies material requirement planning for adherence to the material requirements, that travel through a course of collections for receiving units to make its way toward molding unit.
