Introduction
Melissa chang is a business woman. She has a multinational company with worldwide supervision and basically it’s been oriented of service and now she is going to travel to Venice, Italy and meet with her company’s partnering company. She is going to travel with her colleague but it was become so stressful trip because Melissa colleague recently cancelled the trip to US. She went Italy and did her all work and return back having lots of enjoyment in Italy.

Melissa chang was being so nervous about her Italian copartner because they are unsatisfied with the document which was not fulfilling by chang colleague recently but at any cost she must have to meet the target. So even though she went Italy and had a meeting after that she realized what actually the matter all about and Italian partner frustration. With due respect she analyzing the situation and communicate with them face to face and provide the source of document which was so important and she was able to answer the entire question easily and explain the business process in the first meeting. Her communication was most precious and understandable which seems to be a whole business plan and partners were easily understood the feelings. However some kind of barrier was arising but by the help of colleague it was success.
