Issues related to discipline can be said as disciplinary issues. It includes the necessary rules of thumbs or guidelines to ensure discipline among the employees of an organization. These guidelines are very much helpful to lead the organization towards its goal. being absent in duty, Misbehavior, taking much time in work, imperfect work, health and safety, sexual and racial nuisance, etc. are mostly the issues which can be said as the main concern of disciplinary segment of an organization.
Grievance issues: An overview
The issues related with the employees’ displeasure, objection, troubles, complaints, etc. are known as grievance issues. Employees can be dissatisfied regarding any matter of the organization; mainly these are the source of grievance for employees. There are both formal and informal ways of raising grievance issues to the authority, an employee can follow. Trade unions can also work on behalf of the employees.
